As our Head of Commercial Operations you’ll not only closely partner with our VP Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Co-Founders to drive complex, cross-functional projects for process improvements but you’ll also be a part of the exciting journey to drive people development on a large scale for organizations worldwide! 🚀
In detail that means:
You develop and implement strategic initiatives with tangible cross-functional impact across our Sales, Marketing and Implementation Science Team
Identifying areas for process improvement, establishing workflows that serve as blueprints for more scalable product solutions
Optimizing data and reporting including the management and tracking of KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
You collaborate cross-functionally across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product
You play a critical role in the ongoing optimization of our tools, workflows, and analytical capabilities during a period of fast growth
You have 5+ years experience in scaling a successful B2B commercial/ revenue operations organisation
You have 5+ years of experience in working in fast-paced start-up environments or as a management consultant in sales operations and commercial execution
You are a strategic and innovative thinker and operational doer, who thinks outside of the current norms and processes
You are a strong project manager who can focus on the essential, prioritize ruthlessly, dive into the details, and thrive in simplifying the ambiguous into actionable plans
You are an entrepreneurial and accountable self-starter who measures themselves on outcomes
You love spending your time with metrics and analyses, you call yourself an expert with spreadsheets and dashboards and know which data to gather to drive decisions
You have strong communication and collaboration skills: you liaise with all levels of the wider business teams across the organization
You are not afraid of laterally managing large teams of more than 20 people
You are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and very quick in coming to grips with new tools
