All conversations with your coach are private
As a digital coaching platform, we recognize that our coaching sessions will occasionally touch upon company-related topics that learners may wish to keep confidential. That’s why Sharpist’s coaching sessions are encrypted end to end, meaning that only the coach and the learner can access the session. Your conversations are never shared with HR, your manager, or Sharpist.
All data from your conversations with your human coach and AIÂ Coach are never used to train AI models.

Sharpist’s platform is also compliant with all guidelines and regulations set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Sharpist puts great efforts into close compliance to the GDPR. By that, we work closely with our DPA agency and audit our processes and suppliers regularly to guarantee transparency on our
