As a BDR (m/f/x), you are the trusted advisor for your potential customers at Sharpist. You will often be the first point of contact between the market and Sharpist, and you will act as the face of the company in many conversations. You will be contributing to the business’s growth success in these core areas:
creating opportunities through communication with potential customers,
providing Marketing and Product teams with valuable insights from the potential customers,
contributing to a positive customer experience and brand awareness of the market.

Within one month, you will
Learn the product, Sharpest sales methodology, and tactics to discover your potential customers’ challenges and needs
Start talking and qualifying potential new customers
Within one quarter, you will
Build relationships within the team and understand the interfaces and collaboration among teams
Learn about different industries and build relationships with clients
Hold numbers of conversations with HR leaders around the world, understand their challenges, and help to find the best solution to address them
Advise your potential customers on the best ways to measure success and how to integrate Sharpist in their learning and development landscape
Within one year, you will
Drive your projects that propel the business development team to the next level
Challenge the status quo in business development at Sharpist
Be a thought leader in the digital learning space
Design and facilitate your internal experience sharing workshops

Continuously develop your prospecting skills, product as well as learning and development knowledge
