"We'll revisit this next quarter," said your CFO.
But here's what they really meant: your pitch missed the mark.
You know your L&D programs are fruitful. You have success stories. But when budget season arrives, your carefully crafted proposal gets the polite nod and inevitable "no."
So for the first time, a sitting CFO pulls back the curtain on what goes through their mind during budget reviews. Bart van der Looij brings more than a decade of CFO experience and has been the one saying yes or no to budget requests – he knows what separates winning proposals from rejected ones.
You'll discover:
- The budget killers that sink L&D proposals before the meeting ends
- How to translate learning outcomes into language your CFO actually cares about
- The answers to questions you've never dared ask your own CFO
Budget planning season is starting. The companies securing L&D investments aren't necessarily the ones with better programs. This session gives you finance fluency.
