As a Senior Recruiter / Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you own the entire talent acquisition process and will significantly advance our company's growth by identifying top talents in various channels and convincing them with a unique and outstanding candidate experience. You are our most important contact person for all applicants and the sparring partner for all hiring managers.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month you will…

  • Get to know the People and Culture Team as well as all important stakeholders, including all hiring managers
  • Understand and dive into our recruiting processes and tools
  • Develop a sense of the company culture and collect insights from Sharpies from different departments
  • Take over first recruiting roles and work on the entire process from starting a new job profile, preparing job advertisements with the hiring managers, application management, interviewing to successful onboarding

Within 1 quarter you will…


  • Have settled in your role and hired first Sharpies to grow our business
  • Majorly contribute to our OKR planning and decision-making process in the team
  • Impact the leadership infrastructure of our company by hiring key positions that enable continuous and sustainable growth
  • Start working on strategic projects that enable quality and speed in our hiring process (e.g. Hiring Manager Trainings, Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion)

Within 1 year you will…

  • Ensure key positions are filled in good time and grew our Sharpie-team significantly (+50 employees) in collaboration with your recruiting colleagues
  • Contribute to building long-lasting recruiting processes, have closely worked and educated hiring managers, and set new benchmarks with regard to an excellent candidate experience
  • By identifying suitable channels, you ensure that Sharpist becomes better known and perceived as employer of choice

  • Enabling hyper-growth of Sharpist, you take over more ownership in the People & Culture department, e.g. scaling the recruiting team and taking over leadership responsibilities
  • You have established yourself as a trusted advisor for the executive leadership team and hiring managers for all recruiting-related topics

  • You are a passionate recruiter with 5+ years of experience in successfully filling tech and non-tech positions, ideally in a high-performance environment such as an ambitious, rapidly growing startup
  • You have in-depth knowledge of active sourcing and an extensive talent network, ideally of executive candidates
  • You have strong communication skills and empathy and you have a very good feeling for the professional and cultural fit of candidates
  • You have good analytical skills and value the ability to measure the success of your work using key figures
  • You work precisely and in a structured manner in order to always keep an overview even in times of high workload
  • You bring excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
